  Here to be the one different review... I had a good experience, my pizza was delicious no issues; garlic bread was ok and the Dutch hotcakes were magnificent. I don't know if I'm just the one in a thousand or what but had a good experience.

  If i could give zero stars i would!! We pre ordered well over an hour in advance & bought an online deal. It was missing two cheesy scrolls so i went back & they had none so they gave us two cheesy garlic bread of which one had a pittance of cheese. Then we checked the pizza we ordered without sauce for a fussy eater & it had so we went back in AGAIN & after they finally realised they stuffed up, often to make another one in 12 mins which were reluctantly accepted, only to wait 30 mins & learn they hadn’t made it at all by which time we were late for our appointment & I had enough so staff gave us a full refund which still didn’t feed one of the girls so we had to stop at KFC & get something. When I originally walked in the monitor said our order had been quality checked & was ready but i still had to wait 7 mins as it wasn’t ready.
  
  Worst dominos I’ve been to. There were many unhappy customers also. Absolute JOKE!! Not happy!!

  I HAVE NEVER HAD A GOOD PIZZA FROM THIS STORE SINCE THE NEW MANAGEMENT TOOK OVER, 20+ PIZZAS. I ONLY GO HERE IF I'M DESPERATE AND DON'T WANT TO DRIVE TO A WORLDS BETTER DOMINO'S. I LIVE 4 MINS WALK FROM THIS STORE.
  Every time I order deep pan I often get given classic crust with no explanation or apology of why e.g. out of stock etc. I assume that they assume that you won't notice. They are always stingy with ingredients and pizza's are always made with zero care. Pictured is a pepperoni pizza from Woodvale Domino's it's soaking wet with sauce on one side of the pizza and none on the other side, the pepperoni is tossed on and the cheese and base are soggy and wet. This pizza was given to the dog. I also buy Domino's pizzas from Alexander Heights it's "night and day" difference in quality. Domino's Franchisor should cancel their contract with this franchisee ASAP.

  Wow! I'm always a bit worried about delivery pizzas as I've had a few bad experiences with different companies but this service was outstanding! A massive thank you to our delivery driver Olivia, she went above and beyond. With quick service, a friendly smile and outstanding product. Such a pleasant young girl! Dominos Woodvale you are lucky to have her! Any who has Olivia as a driver be grateful :)

  What happened to Domino's Woodvale ?. Went there last night, Ordered cheese pizza with cheesy garlic bread and when I got home the middle of the pizza was missing cheese and there was only cheese on half my cheesy garlic bread. On top of that, the crust was undercooked for the third time. It was like they didn't even look at the pizza when making it. I remember when pizza hut Woodvale was getting destroyed by domino's Woodvale. Now it seems pizza hut has really stepped up their game and domino's just don't care anymore. I got given a store credit after speaking to the manager but i don't think i even trust this place anymore and would rather just get a refund. They need some qualified pizza makers there. When you hire a bunch of kids who just wanna get in and do thier job and get out that's the poor results you're going to get.Really disappointed. A year ago this place was so much better. Pictures are below to prove im not making up storie's.

  Ordered food which was meant to arrive within 1/2 hr. It did not arrive. Had a missed call from a mobile but there was no message and we could not call the number, so I phoned the store to see what was happening. The staff were not very helpful and said the order should be there within 5 mins. We waited and tried to phone again but kept getting put on hold. After more than an hour they let me speak to the manager who said our order had been cancelled because the driver couldn’t get hold of us & we were out of their area (we have ordered here many times before). They also said they wouldn’t deliver again for another 45mins. Next time either have contactable mobile numbers or leave a message regarding the issue!! Absolutely poor service and the staff are not well trained to deal with customer concerns.

  I am not a take away person but the other night I decided to order a few pizza and soft drinks for my family instead of cooking. The male staff who took my order was professional and very polite. I thought I was ordering Pizza in Washington DC? He told me the Pizza will be ready in the next 40 mins. Voila..they arrived in less than 30 mins. Delivery guy was also polite and dress well. Well deserve tip was provided. Pizzas were not bad. Not greasy. No oil running from the base. Very few places in Perth have a nice, polite, friendly and happy staff. It's not all just about the food but also attitude ( Customer service). Domino Woodvale is one of the very few hence 5
